As I’ve been delving more and more into web design and content delivery, I’m realizing more and more how tough it is, partly because not everything is standardized (web browsers and email clients and a plethora of other things).  I’ve been thinking about doing email newsletters.  I was doing research on ways to do send viewers content, when I came across the “Email Standards Project” site.  Quite a few of the email clients and services out there are somewhat standardized, but there are still a few lacking in the department.  I am going to try my hand at it.  We’ll see how that goes.

Yet another nice little (FREE) resource site.  Soundsnap offers free sound effects and music loops FREE of charge and (read the agreement terms in the “About” section) royalty free.

Some have complained that “Get Smart” is just another generic action flick.  I believe this is a ways off from generic.  If you’re looking for that slap-stick don’t stop laughing humor that we’re all used to with Steve Carell (with the exception of a few movies), if you’re looking for something a little out of the ordinary or just an excellent comedy to lift your spirits, then “Get Smart” is the movie to see.  Steve Carell, teamed with Anne Hathaway, updating the rolls of clueless “CONTROL” agent, Maxwell Smart (Agent 86) and Agent 99, attempting to (hilariously) outwit and foil the plans of the infamous “KAOS” organization in an attempt at destruction and, well, “KAOS”.  Other starring rolls, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson as Agent 23, Alan Arkin as “The Chief” and Terence Stamp as Siegfried, create an amazingly funny cast of characters for this 1960s sitcom classic update.

I was looking around for some tutorials and stumbled upon Fontstruct.  Seems to be a pretty cool site.  I haven’t had much chance to play around with it, I’m not very good with font creation.  But, wow, for being an online tool, this is one cool tool.
